Check-in time (or entry) at our property is from 2pm and check-out time (or departure) is until 11am.\n<\/span>\nBetween 11am and 6pm, half the daily rate will be charged, due to \u201clate check-out\u201d, always checking the availability of the Hostel. After 6pm, a full daily rate will be charged.\n<\/span>\nTo guarantee your stay with us, we request 50% of the reservation amount in advance. In all cases, the remaining payment must be made in full, at the time of check-in or arrival of the guest.\n<\/span>\nThe reservation will only be guaranteed after payment of 50% of the total amount stated.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Bamboo Hostels Group accepts Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Ello and Dinners credit cards in various international currencies.\n<\/span>\nWe do not accept third-party cards for reservation payments. The credit card used for all reservation payments must be in the name of one of the guests and must be presented at check-in along with the guest's identity document.<\/span>\n<\/span>\nWe also work with bank deposits, in the case of reservations made by Brazilians or by guests who are in Brazil. To do this, contact the hostel you wish to make the reservation and receive instructions on how to proceed. <\/span>\nWe do not accept international transfers\n<\/span>\nIf the customer makes a reservation in a currency other than that of their country of origin or the bank that issued their card, there may be a difference in the amount when they receive their invoice. In this case, the reservation amount is indicative and the bank will calculate the exchange rate in effect on the date the debit was made.\n<\/span>\nThe customer accepts that the Bamboo Hostels Group cannot control the charging of additional fees or charges (in addition to the real and fair purchase price of the reservation) that may be charged by their respective banks (client-bank relationship), and we are therefore exempt from any responsibility in this regard.\n<\/span>\nWE ACCEPT Western Union, with the fees being borne by the customer.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

In case of change or cancellation of your reservation, the amount paid will not be refunded, but may be transferred as credit for a new reservation, subject to date availability and\/or rate change. Your request will be limited to a single change and must comply with the following deadlines:\n<\/span>\n1) For high season (from 12\/25 to 01\/25): at least 30 days in advance of the check-in date;<\/span>\n2) For mid-season (01\/26 to 03\/30) and holidays: at least 14 days in advance of the check-in date;<\/span>\n3) For the rest of the year: at least 7 days in advance of the check-in date; 4) Even if requested within these deadlines, *there will be no refund of the amounts paid;*Also:<\/span>\n5) Promotions, holidays and\/or packages (such as New Year's Eve and Carnival) will require 100% advance payment of your reservation! In these cases, cancellation *is non-refundable and does not allow for rescheduling*;\n<\/span>\n6) Failure to show up within 24 hours of the check-in date and time, without prior notice, will be considered a *\"no show\"* (cancellation without notice);\n<\/span>\n7) Rescheduling or cancellations due to illness and\/or hospitalization, including COVID-19, will only be accepted when they affect the reservation holder or first-degree relatives, provided that a medical report is presented.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

In case of a no-show without prior notice, 100% of the total stay will be charged, with no right to a refund or rescheduling. A No Show is considered when a guest does not arrive on the day of check-in or entry of the reservation. In this case, the bed and\/or room will remain available until 2:00 pm the following day. After this period, the reservation will be cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded.\n<\/span>\nIf any of the guests included in the reservation does not show up at the Hostel on the check-in date, the deposit will not be transferred to another guest. The reservation is non-transferable.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Children under 18 years of age are not allowed to stay in our hostels without the company of an adult. Minors may only stay in our hostels if they are accompanied by an adult and are staying in private rooms. Adults must be \u201cresponsible\u201d for the minor in question, staying in the same room. Children up to 4 years of age stay free, as long as they stay in a private room, accompanied by an adult.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
